How it works

  1. Create tables with names and capacities.
  2. Add the guest list.
  3. Assign guests to tables or fill the empty seats automatically.

Tables and guests

Name each table, set its capacity and add the guest list. Assign guests yourself or fill the available seats in order. Guests already assigned stay where they are.

Adjust the plan

Move guests with the table selector. Full tables cannot take another guest. Removing a table keeps its guests on the list. Copy or export the finished assignments.

Does this draw individual chairs on a floor plan?

The planner assigns people to tables. It does not position chairs in a room. You can export the table assignments as a clear list.
